‘Festa com Livros' is an initiative of the Town Hall of Portel around the reading and book themes, whose main objective is to sensitize to the reading importance in the development process of individuals and communities.
The initiative integrates several cultural and educational activities  destined to different publics: children, young people, aged people and general population – which include theatre, animated reading sessions, poetry, colloquies, book launchings, child and juvenile cinema sessions,  among may others.
