Herdade do Meio
The Herdade do Meio estate produces high quality wines that have been awarded prizes in various international contests. These include: Outeiro da Águia Red 2003 - Silver Medal at the World Contest in Brussels and Bronze Medal at the Wine Master Challenge (Estoril); Herdade do Meio 2003 – Silver Medal at the Wine Master Challenge (Estoril); Outeiro da Águia Selected Vintage 2003 – Bronze Medal at the Wine Master Challenge (Estoril) in 2005.
The following wines are at present produced at the Herdade do Meio: Outeiro da Águia Red, Outeiro da Águia Red (Selected Vintage); Herdade do Meio Red; Herdade do Meio White; Virtude Red and Virtude White.
Guided tours of the cellars and wine tasting sessions are also available.

The excellent Fonte dos Velhos wines are produced at the Vale de João Nunes winery. The following reds are currently on the market: Fonte dos Velhos Selected Vintage; Fonte dos Velhos Aragonês; Alentejo regional wine; Vale João Nunes.
Awards: Fonte dos Velhos Regional Wine 2002 – Runner-up at the World Wine Contest (Estoril 2004); Fonte dos Velhos Aragonês 2003 – 3rd Prize in the Alentejo contest of bottled wines in 2005.
